We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Packaging must be intact

  • Specimens, natural materials, and mystery items are non‑returnable due to their unique nature

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, but you may return an item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will make it right.
