  • Customer Tax Status: All customer transactions on this website constitute standard commercial purchases of retail goods. Purchases do not constitute direct charitable donations by the customer, and customers are not eligible to claim a charitable tax deduction on any portion of their order.

  • Third-Party Execution & Verification: All tree planting, ocean plastic recovery, and carbon offsetting activities are managed, executed, and verified independently by theGoodAPI and its registered non-profit partner organizations. We fund these initiatives in good faith based on completed sales, but we make no direct independent warranties regarding external third-party field operations or survival rates of planted specimens.

  • Order Modifications & Cancellations: Contributions are initiated upon the completion of valid, paid retail orders. In the event of canceled orders, fraudulent transactions, or refunded purchases, contributions may be adjusted or withheld in accordance with partner processing terms.

  • Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue our environmental giving programs, impact metrics, or third-party service partners at any time without prior notice.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays are outside our control.
